  • Preparation of the investigator file and implementation of various procedures;
  • Conducting clinical monitoring visits:
    • qualification visits;
    • site initiation visits;
    • routine follow-up visits;

    • site management.

Clinical research data management

  • design of case report forms ;
  • database/electronic database design (eCRF);
  • Data entry (single or double entry);
  • Data review / query management;
  • coding of adverse events (MedDRA /ICD10);

Pathologies of interest

They consist of :
  • Infectious diseases: malaria, pneumonia, diarrheal diseases, HIV/AIDS and related issues, tuberculosis, meningitis and neglected tropical diseases;
  • non-infectious diseases: malnutrition, sickle cell disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, cancers, autoimmune diseases, etc;
  • maternal and child health.

The GRAS has a highly qualified and multidisciplinary team made of :
  • specialists in biomedical sciences: physicians, pharmacists, medical biologists, epidemiologists, clinical trial specialists, health economists, etc. ;
  • specialists in human and social sciences: socio-anthropologists, demographers, experts in information, education and communication
  • specialists in medical informatics and statistics: statisticians, designers, database managers, etc. ;
  • specialists in quality assurance: clinical study managers, clinical research associates, monitors, auditors, etc.
